Foreign Sculptor Members: Sculptors of approved merit, who are neither citizens of nor residents in the United States, upon nomination by the Membership Committee are elected Foreign Sculptor Members by a two-thirds affirmative written ballot of Fellows, Sculptor Members, Council Members and Officers present at a General Meeting and by absentee ballot. Annual Dues: $250
