We are often asked the following questions about our scholarship, competition and other programs.
Hopefully, you will find the answer to your question here.
1) Could you please mail/email/fax me an application for your scholarship/competition/program?
There is no formal application for any of our programs. Please follow the application guidelines given in the relevant section under the "Programs" menu of the National Sculpture Society website. Here are two url's that may help.

2) I am a high school student. Am I eligible for the scholarship?
Scholarship monies are sent to the educational institution which the applicant plans to attend. Thus, if you are in your senior year and plan to attend a post-secondary educational institution with a sculpture program, then you are eligible to apply.
3) I am a student at a foreign school. Nor am I a US citizen. Am I eligible for the scholarship?
Scholarship monies are for American educational institutions (college, university, art school). However,
they do not have to be located in the United States. You are eligible if you plan to attend any American educational institution either here in the US or abroad.
4) I create objects (furniture, jewelry, etc.,) that are not strictly speaking sculpture. Am I eligible to apply for the scholarship or the competition?
The selection committee is looking for work that is primarily "sculptural" in nature. If you fell that your furniture, jewelry or other craft is primarily sculptural, then please apply.
5) I am 86 years old, but I only began sculpting in recent years. Am I eligible for the Young Sculptor competition?
Sorry, but you are not eligible. Only sculptors aged 40 or younger are eligible.
